Our first attempt at growing garlic🤪
Not great but not terrible! I’m not disappointed considering we planted late/used organic garlic from Walmart which we had no idea what variety and it never flopped over nor grew scapes just dried up🤷‍♀️. It also was growing tiny bulbs from the stem a few inches up🤷‍♀️. Decent try and I’ll know better/do better next go round!
Threw in barn to dry/cure as soil was still a little moist but rain coming and it’s past time.
Accepting all garlic growing advice/tips and tricks!!!!

Our wild plum tree is Very happy and productive this year! This is almost 8lbs just from today! We picked about 5lbs yesterday and that tree is loaded!
Considering we share about 1/2 with the birds I’d say that’s a pretty good haul!

It’s been a baking day! Burger and dog buns-sweet Hawaiian rolls- English muffins and these!!! I can not wait to bake these sourdough croissant loafs off ! I’ve had my eye on these for awhile and I hope my turn out half as good as hers look!
