Just a couple of updates as we head into the busy season! 🤍

First, my starting price for sheet cakes will be increasing from $70 to $95. A considerable jump, I know. Why? Well, sheet cakes may look a little simpler than tiered or round cakes, but there is still a LOT that goes into them—more ingredients, more buttercream, more decorating space, and quite a bit of extra time and labor. I’ve tried to keep my pricing as reasonable as possible, but this adjustment better reflects what actually goes into creating them.

I’m also tightening up my payment policy going forward. All orders must be paid in full one week before the scheduled pickup date—no exceptions. If ordering with less than a week before due date, payment will be due upon ordering.

A lot of the work for your order happens long before you actually pick it up. I typically begin prep, baking, making fillings and buttercream, ordering custom pieces, etc. about a week ahead of time. Because ingredients, supplies and hours of work have already gone into an order by that point, payments will be non-refundable for cancellations made within one week of pickup.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change! This policy simply helps protect the time, ingredients and supplies that have already been invested into each order.

Thank y’all SO MUCH for continuing to support my little home bakery and trusting me to be part of your celebrations! 🤍

My pricing sheet will always remain pinned at the top of my page!

A very sweet lady reached out to me and asked for a last minute order. It would be for her sister who just lost her son in January. The cake was to celebrate his first heavenly birthday. I hope somehow, some way, this cake gave a little bright spot to such a hard day 🪽 ♥️🪽

A day and night cake for a cutie pie turning two! This cake was a CHALLENGE. Despite measuring thrice, the sun did not want to fit inside the moon 🌙 I went round and round with this thing! My airbrush also decided to clog and forever quit on me so painting the sun cake gold was a whole other challenge. So glad I kept at it though because it turned out so perfect!
