For my people in their

I started this on June 4th with our new Lindley Mills super sprout whole grain flour.

As you can see, we're doubled and ready for bread.

This flour is more nutritious than your normal AP flour or bread flour and it's 100% and available right here in the store.

Also, if you're thinking of getting into sourdough, I have discard in the fridge that I would be happy to share with you if you purchase the flour. (I also dont do all the fancy proofs and stretch and folds, but the bread comes out perfect every time) Ill pass my info to ya 😉
