Hanging out at Vic Hill’s House of Power!

Got the call early last week from our friends at the Cumberland Plateau Open Wheel Series to come down to Volunteer Speedway and feed their teams. It’s always a pleasure working with them and look forward to continuing this partnership in the future.

Congratulations to past client Blake Brown Racing on picking up the win and to JT’s Trackside Catering sponsored Ben Harmon Racing on another solid top 5 finish against some of the stiffest modified competition in the southeast!

We were also treated to some phenomenal racing from the Best Plumber 604 Racing Series Presented by Longhorn Chassis. They had 40 cars on hand to make the show and these guys put on an absolute barn burner. You won’t find better crate late model racing anywhere in the country. Hope to catch another race with them in the future. Congrats to Bradley Lewelling on his victory.

Looking ahead, we will be taking this weekend off as we prepare for the 56th running of the 🌎 100 at Eldora Speedway September 10-12. Preorders are still open and spots are filling up. So reach out today to inquire about our menu and we’ll be glad to get you taken care of 🏁

“Take care of the people that take care of you” -Bobby Puckett

This is what I really love about the dirt racing community, the PEOPLE! Never in my wildest imagination did I think that dirt racing and food would take us to the places we’ve been. And I definitely never thought I’d be getting a shoutout on a podcast that’s based out of Louisiana.

I’ve never personally met Zach J Clark or Cortland Smith, but the work they do at RaceOn to promote dirt racing in the ArkLaTex area should be celebrated. That area produces some of the most exciting factory stock racing you’ll find anywhere in the country. And this weekend someone will walk away with $10,000 when they crown their annual “King of the Hill” at Boothill Speedway.

I’ve been a longtime listener of this podcast and encourage all of you to go give the guys a shot. They’re really knowledgeable about the sport and an absolute blast to listen to. You can catch them every week on the RaceOn app and across all streaming platforms. Check out this week’s episode in the link below 🏁

Hustlin’ in the Hawkeye State

Maquoketa Speedway is one that we’ve had on the bucket list for quite some time. It seemed like every race we had watched on television was an absolute banger. Let me tell you, the hype is real!

Nestled away in Eastern Iowa is one of the raciest tracks you’ll find anywhere in the country, as evidenced by JT’s Trackside Catering sponsored Bobby Pierce going +16 on Friday night and past client Dennis Erb Jr backing that up on Saturday night, going +16 as well. You don’t get that from many tracks.

Friday we hosted a trio of regular clients in Dan Ebert #60 , Nick Hoffman and Chamberlain Racing. Thank you all for continuing to see the value in allowing us to provide the raceday meals for your teams.

Saturday was the main event, both on and off the track. For us, we were given the honor of catering the Hoker Promotions LLC Sponsor Appreciation Party. We cannot thank Jeff and Penny enough for this wonderful opportunity! It was an absolute pleasure working with you all and hope to do it again next year.

As the old saying goes, “There ain’t no rest for the wicked”. So with that being said, we’ll be back on the road this weekend with the Cumberland Plateau Open Wheel Series at Vic Hill’s house of power Volunteer Speedway🏁
