Reminder that there is a Middle School back to school swim party tonight at Nassau Swim Club. This is from 8:30-10:30pm and only for MIDDLE SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN. Cost is $7 for everyone. The snack shack will be open. If you choose the leave, you will not be allowed to re-enter the facility. This will be a chaperoned event by Board members and lifeguards.

We will have a sign-in sheet and once a student checks in as a guest, they must stay until they choose to leave. In other words, no going on and off the property once you’ve signed in.

Our Story

The minimum outdoor temperature for Nassau to open is 69 degrees. The temperature will be checked again at 4 p.m. and will open for the evening, if possible. Weather closings will be updated on Facebook, Twitter and the website. Rule Reminders 1.) Children under the age of 9 must have adult supervision at all times. 2.) Alternate emergency numbers should be provided to the managers, at all times, in the event that a parent should need to be contacted due to an emergency or inclement weather. 3.) There is to be NO food in the pool area at any time. Please use the concession areas. 4.) The Baby Pool must be cleared during breaks when the guards blow the whistle. Babies must wear swim diapers while in the pool. A changing table is located on the wall next to the women’s restroom. Please dispose of soiled diapers in the trash in the restrooms. No diaper changing on deck per Board of Health 5.) Only adults and adults holding small children may use the main pool during the designated break times. All independent swimmers under the age of 18, must be completely out of the pool, no sitting on the sides with feet/legs in water. 6.) Hourly breaks will be at the top of the hour for 10 minutes.
