October 9th is my next Hart County Farmers' Market from 2pm to 5pm.

If you would love to place a order with me I will be accepting them til Oct 8th.

I am off my full time job all week. I can make anything you would like.

These are artisan breads. I made some test runs to see which I like best.
So the 1st photo I made my batch last night before bed and placed in the fridge. The longer you let set the better flavor you get.
The 2nd photo the batch was made this morning while waiting my the 1st loaf to bake. It sat covered on the stove top for 3 hours to raise. It is darker and a little flatter. Didn't open as much as the other.

I like the 1st one. Which one do you like best and why?

I will be baking a few more on Monday for Cub Run Elementary farmer's market for their agricultural week.

Kyle & I want to thank everyone that has taken a baby kid goat this year. Each baby goat that finds their new herd is helping us care for our herd. We have future plans for our farm and it takes time. We are happy to know that we have folks waiting for our spring babies to be born. We are truly great full for you all putting trust into us.

Like always we always love to hear, see any updates on any kid goats that have left.

Watch for updates around late January. We will have a doe or 2 deliver around then. This year would be are 2nd winter with babies and we are better prepared now that we shifted our animals around with added shelter. We always worry about the cold temperatures and the hot temperatures. These girls did wonderfully this year with what equipment we thought would be the safest.

Here is our last doeling that found her forever home. She leaves on early October.

If you are interested in next year's babies please know we are contract only. Funds are due up front. We can discuss further more if your interested through messaging or phone or in person. Contract protects both parties.
As of now we get many messages and all kid goats have found their new herd by 3rd week of being born. We have seen them leave after 2 days old. Which we do not release bottle babies til day 3.

Hello everyone. Here is my next card class. I will give a sneak peak of what you will be making soon. I have upped the spots to 16. Right now I have 6 filled. Who is the lucky 10?

If you pay in full before my reserved by you will receive a free gift. If you are new and unsure about paying full. I will take 15.00 deposit down by reserved date and you pay the rest the day of. But remember paid in full early free gift.

All cards are pre-cut by me ready for you to stamp and glue together. You do not have to be crafty to join the class.

Today our pumpkin bread & zucchini bread was a hit. Thank you everyone that came out to the market.

Right now I am restocking more bread. This time I will have 3 medium loaf of pumpkin & 2 mini pumpkin chocolate chip. Then 4 medium zucchini bread.

Also will have apple cinnamon slices and zucchini walnut slices. Apple crisp and cake brownies.

I sold out of Cobbler and won't have more til October 9th at our Fall market in Munfordville.

Don't forget today is our Hart County Farmers' Market from 3-6pm our summer season is about over. Today is the last day for us.

Watch for new flyer for October 7th card class. Time will be 11am to 2pm. 25 dollars per person. Must reserve your spot. Pay full you get a free gift or you can pay half and 2nd half the day of class. Deadline to reserve is September 28th. If a weekday doesn't work for you and I have more interested I will open October 10th up as a extra day. Deadline would still be September 28th

I will have a few of these available tomorrow. Now that most of my work is completed on this card I will finish them up while waiting on my fresh sandwich bread to raise for tomorrow's market.
