Today has been cantry organizing day. After getting everything situated I am realizing I have a TON of peach lemonade concentrate still. So I thought I would see if anyone is interested in purchasing some. Here’s what you need to know.
•This was canned in my kitchen in August of 2025. It has been sitting on shelves in my basement since then. It is shelf stable just like things you purchase from the grocery store. I am legally allowed to sell it face-to-face according to Michigan’s cottage laws.
•It is a 1:3 ratio. These are canned in pint sized jars so it will be 1 pint of concentrate to 3 pints of water. Or, if you prefer a strong lemonade, you can do 1:2 or whatever your heart desires. One jar will make a half gallon of lemonade
•This is not like store bought lemonade. If you do the 1:3 ratio, it is very light and not heavy in sugar, so it will not taste as strong or sugary unless you use less water or add more sugar. (I am not saying it isn’t good, but those who are used to store bought things may find home-canned things an adjustment
•The ingredients are peaches, lemon juice, and sugar. (And water once you add it)
•I’m asking $6 a jar or 2/$10.
If ANY of this bothers you, please do not purchase it. I will not be offended, my feelings will not be hurt.
I have 13 jars available to be claimed. Let me know if you want any! 🍑🧡
