Double IPA leads with the vivid, oil-rich aromatics of fresh-picked Citra β€” tangerine, mango, and guava concentrated by Cryo hops into vibrant pink starburst. Mosaic threads through with a quiet undercurrent of blueberry and OG dankness.The palate is plush and full-bodied, its soft haze carrying the fruit through to a hop-saturated finish with just enough bitterness to reset the senses.

West Coast IPA whirlpooled with Mosaic and Simcoe Dynaboost and double dryhopped with Strata Cryo, Riwaka, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Overripe strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, and sticky cannabis with a soft mouthfeel and balanced bitterness. Made with our best buds at Tenma B**r Project.

West Coast Pils whirlpooled with Nectaron and Citra Dynaboost, and double dryhopped with Ekuanot Cryo, Nectaron, and Citra hops. Fresh citrus, pineapple, red berry, and passionfruit give way to soft floral tones and petrichor. Restrained bitterness and a crisp l***r finish beg for another sip.

DDH West Coast Pils whirlpooled with Riwaka, Mosaic Cryo Fresh, and Mosaic Dynaboost. Double dryhopped with Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. Ripe blueberry, citrus, dank herb, light diesel, lovely floral undertones with the vibrancy of wet hops. Finishes dry and crisp with moderate bitterness.

This Oktoberfestbier is brewed with heirloom barley, Munich malt, and Noble Hallertau MittelfrΓΌh hops, then elevated through traditional decoction mashing. The process deepens its amber hue and draws out layers of warm bread crust, honeyed malt, and a silken texture. A delicate lift of floral spice from the hops completes the profile, finishing crisp and elegant. Classic yet refined, it embodies Oktoberfest with the poise of a well-composed dish.

A Mexican-style l***r of rare distinction, brewed with heirloom blue corn masa harina, sourced from Oaxaca, Mexico. This exceptional masa lends a silken body and layered notes of fresh tortillas, sweet tamale, and sun dried grass. Delicately hopped with Moteuka, which lifts the profile with a zest of lime and bright citrus flourish, creating a finish both refreshing and refined.
Brewed in collaboration with Oscars Brewing Co.
