This traditionally decocted Helles showcases the quiet elegance of classical German brewing. It opens with aromas of fresh bread crust, wildflower honey, and delicate floral spice. Hersbrucker hops contribute subtle notes of meadow herbs, while the decoction mash lends a depth of malt character that carries through a smooth, crisp, and balanced finish.

Available Wednesday 6/10 on draft and in cans!

This New Zealand IPA opens with saturated aromas of passionfruit, peach flesh, pineapple, and fresh citrus. NZH-109 drives bright tropical character and soft floral notes, while Nectaron brings layers of ripe stone fruit and dank top notes.
Citra and Ekuanot Cryo round it out with Mango, Citrus, and Berry tones.

The palate is soft and full, loaded with nectarine, papaya, and citrus oil before finishing with a restrained bitterness and light resinous edge.

Brewed with our great friends at NZ Hops.

Triple dry hopped and highly hop saturated, this hazy DIPA starts with a soft base of pilsner malt, oats, chit, and raw wheat for a full, pillowy body and a clean backdrop for an expressive hop blend.

NZH 109 brings bright tropical fruit and citrus, while Nectaron, Tangier, and Ramosa (D5-055) add layers of ripe nectarine, orange, and pink grapefruit. Fresh Pressed Wai-iti liquid hop kief ties it all together with a fresh-cut hop character and flashes of lime zest and soft stone fruit. Saturated and expressive without losing balance, finishing soft with just enough bitterness to keep you longing for more.

A Mexican-style lager of rare distinction, brewed with heirloom white & blue corn masa harina, sourced from Oaxaca, Mexico. This exceptional masa lends a silken body and layered notes of fresh tortillas, sweet tamale, and sun dried grass.

Delicately hopped with Moteuka, which lifts the profile with a zest of lime and bright citrus flourish, creating a finish both refreshing and refined.

qualities of lavender.

This golden sour ale was conditioned on lavender, morello cherries, blueberries, and Madagascar vanilla beans.
