Fuggle - 4.0-5.5% - Classic English aroma hop with moderate bittering value. Pleasant wood and fruit tones. English-style beers (particularly Stout), American Ales

Cascade - 4.5-7% - Flowers, citrus & spic

e with grapefruit. This medium aroma balances the low bittering value. Pale Ales, IPAs, Porters. Centennial - 9.5-11% - Flowers & citrus most evident. A medium aroma with mid to high bittering value. Ales, IPAs. Chinook - 12-14% - Pine, exotic spice, grapefruit. Aroma and a high bittering value has gained this hop full respect from craft & major brewers. Most beer styles from Pale Ales to Lagers. Hood - 4-7% - Hybrid of Hallertau with similar mild flower/spice aroma. “Clean” commonly describes it. Lager, Pilsner, Bock, Wheat. Newport - 13.5-17% - High bittering alpha hop. Ales, Stout, Barley Wine. Brewers Gold - 8-10% - Blackcurrent, Fruity, Spicy. Mainly used as a bittering hop. Ale, Pilsner, Lambic, Biere de Garde, Saison. Tettnang - 4-5% - Mild spicy aroma low alpha. Pilsner, Lagers, Wheat, American Style Ales. Galena- 11.5-13% - Citrus. Balanced bitteting and aroma characteristics. English and American Style Ales.
