The meat is discounted due to not being top quality like I usually offer.

We have chorizo sausage, sweet Italian sausage, hot Italian sausage, small hams, and ham steaks!

All $5/lb this is well under the cost of raising a pig for me, I am simply trying to make back a little money so I can keep raising delicious meat for my family and all of my customers!

Everybody is happy up on the prairie 🐂

All of our beef is unvaccinated, unmedicated, born and raised on lush green grass, including hay we grow on our property.

The last two months of life they are finished on grain and then head to the butcher.

You can trust we take care of these animals from the day they are born until their final day. Our goal is to delivery a high quality, nutritious beef, that is packed with flavor and just the right amount of fat 🥩

We have one grass finished steer growing out for a trial run to see if people are interested in grass finished as well.

Sale on the meat from our sausage sow! As i mentioned to you all the sausage and ham is not the quality I strive to uphold. The ribs are good.

BUT, I need to make room for the quality restock coming in July.

Everything is being sold under cost for me so hopefully I can clear her out of my freezer.

We have small hams, ham steaks, country style ribs, spare ribs, baby back ribs, and sausage, sweet Italian, hot Italian, country breakfast, and chorizo. We also have reg and peppered bacon

Feed restock day!🐷🐂🐔

It’s always a long busy day when we restock. This time I needed to clean the feed room out from the winter. Mud/dirt/straw and hay everywhere!

I think my old coffee can feed scoops have about had it on me lol. Probably time to buy some real ones.

The chickens have been locked up to keep them out of the garden and I’m not going to lie, it’s been very nice not having them in my feed room pooping on the cans, knocking things over and spreading straw out.

We’ve got some great feed, everyone should be happy. The steers are on their finishing grain now and will hopefully start developing the good yellow fat to make them taste good🐂

Jean thought it was pretty cool too.

We are ready to start our lists for pre orders of peaches and nectarines from the beautiful Paris Orchards in Roseburg! 🧡

How will this work?

I will be making two trips this year to deliver fresh peaches and nectarines to you!

One in the beginning of the season and one at the end. The season generally runs late July-September but as we all know when growing things, you never know what Mother Nature has in store 🍃

I will be charging a $10 flat delivery fee per order, doesn’t matter if you order one box or 5 boxes! 📦 then you will pay the cost per box.

Box pricing is not set yet this year, once I hear from the orchard on pricing I will let everyone know. It will likely sit around $35 for a 20 # box. Maybe less.

I will require payment within 48 hrs prior to pick up and delivery. 🚚 I take cash, Venmo, EBT, and Cards (4% fee)

If paying cash you’ll need to arrange with me how you’ll get that to me.

I will deliver to a central location depending on who’s where from the orders. TO BE ANNOUNCED.

We have a new ranch hand around here. Her name is Jean 🐶

So far she’s great with all the animals, chickens interest her quite a bit and the cows scare her. She loves to play with the pigs! 🐖

She loves my kids which is so important and she is very alert and already protective of the property. Predators watch out!

We have some big changes coming up around here and we are so excited. Chickens will be getting freshened up housing and will be in a more secure pen. Still free ranging in their large area but where foxes, bobcats, and skunks shouldn’t be able to reach them 🦨

Our pigs have been separated into their final pens before butcher. Speaking of butcher we have found a resolution for our prior situation if all goes well! Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Ruby is happy with her babies, we are sad there are only 6 this time due to the loss of two but we are fortunate to have not lost anymore since moving her closer to the house.

Some of our heifer calves are reaching size to go out with the bull for new calves next year🐂

Our hay field is close to being ripe!

The garden is finally in!

Lots of new things and good things happening around here. I have been busy from sun up to sun down lately, hoping to have a small lull here soon. We shall see! 🧡

Upon quality control of our sausage restock from our sow Annie, I discovered that something was messed up with the seasonings and fat content.

The meat is still yummy but is not the quality I strive to uphold.

I will be discounting our sausage to $7/lb for this batch. We have hot Italian, sweet Italian, breakfast, and chorizo!

We are working to resolve this situation to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I am sorry to my customers who pre ordered and I had to cancel your order! If you’d like some at the discounted price reach out 🧡
