The night I turned 29, I never imagined it would start a whole new chapter. 🥲

My tibia fracture finally healed, and I thought I was officially on the road back… only to tear my MCL and end up back in my brace for another 4 weeks. 💔

Not exactly how I pictured 29 starting, but I’m taking it one day at a time. Healing isn’t always a straight line, and I’m learning to be patient with the process. 🦵🏼❤️‍🩹

Here’s to stronger days ahead. 💪🏼✨

If your female dog is licking her private area after every potty break, it may be worth paying attention to. 🐾💗 While occasional licking can be normal, frequent or excessive licking can sometimes be a sign of irritation or another issue—so always check with your veterinarian if you’re concerned.

One thing that can help with everyday cleanup is MalAcetic Pet Wipes. These wipes help balance skin surface pH making it unfavorable for the overgrowth of fungus/yeast. 🧼🐶

They can also be helpful for cleaning areas of the skin affected by seasonal allergies and irritation.

✨ Keep in mind: wipes are for gentle external cleaning and aren’t a substitute for veterinary care. If your dog deals with seasonal allergies, summer can be a ruff time. 🐶🌸☀️ That’s why I’ve been loving Douxos Calm Mousse!

It’s a great option for dogs with allergy-prone or irritated skin, and I love that it can be used all over the body. My favorite areas to apply it are the paws and belly, especially during allergy season when those areas can really need some extra TLC. 🐾💗

One of my favorite little tricks when applying it: I give my pup a bone to chew or a high-value treat! 🦴🍖 It helps keep their attention off the area so they’re less tempted to immediately lick the mousse off.
