I'm still here. Just haven't been doing much this year because of the pandemic as well as I have had a lot of physical problems with my back and legs that has slowed and even stopped me this year from doing what I love. I will eventually be back to full strength. Hopefully by the holidays.

Sorry I have been away for a while. I have had very bad back injury and just had another surgery on it. I will not be available to complete orders or cater till further notice. I did on the other hand before surgery make a couple great meals for friends and family for the superbowl and valentine's day. Thought i would share a couple pictures. I will be back asap with some new flavors and recipes I want to try out. Wish me luck folks and I wish you'll a wonderful time in the sunshine.

please place orders before the weekends. food is made fresh as ordered.. and made on weekends or friday nights. depending on your order. so order before the weekends and i can make it happen ..

Happy Thanksgiving folks. Got 3 tasty turkeys here today fresh of the Barrel smokers.. 15 lb savory, one 12.5 lb Nice- which means that it's sweet- and one 13.5 lb Naughty -that means it's spicy ... Be safe everyone..
