It's time to drink pink! Our 2021 Rosรฉ of Grenache is the perfect antidote to the winter doldrums and an ideal sipper for the upcoming spring season.

Delightfully pink in color, this is a Provenรงal-style wine that has everything you'd want in a Rosรฉ: a delicate mouthfeel, a juicy, fruit-filled palate, and a dry, crisp finish.

2017 Frediani Petite Sirah:

๐‘ฐ๐’ ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐‘ฎ๐’๐’‚๐’”๐’”: This is a massive wine with lots of grippy and rugged tannins. Decant for at least an hour to discover notes of blueberry, blackberry, and muted butterscotch on the nose, followed by brambleberry pie, young plum, and those fantastic tannins on the palate.

๐‘ถ๐’ ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐‘ช๐’‰๐’†๐’†๐’”๐’†๐’ƒ๐’๐’‚๐’“๐’…: With all its big tannins, this wine does not pair well with aged cheeses. Instead, load up on soft goudas, Swiss cheese, fresh mozzarella, or camembert.

๐‘จ๐’• ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐‘ป๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’๐’†: What these grippy tannins do work well with are dishes that donโ€™t typically pair well with wines. Try a beef lasagna, stuffed peppers, or chicken in mole sauce.

If youโ€™ve never tried a Lodi Zin (but if youโ€™re fans of us, we are sure you have!), they offer so much more than what you might think. Lodiโ€™s soul is carved out by many old vine vineyards that are meticulously cared for ( hereโ€™s looking at you). This entire region is truly historic in age, appearance, maintenance, and flavor. Whatโ€™s coming out of this AVA will not be ignored.
