We started Jello Fusion in early 2011 making magical mouthfuls of Jello and alcohol in our little kitchen.

So many friends and family members told us our Jello shot recipes were far better than any they’d ever tasted, so we decided to make it a business. Both of us love to entertain. In fact, Joanna comes from a family with a 30-year history in restaurants and catering. And Eric comes from a long line of people who love eating, drinking and celebrating. ktails and festive fiestas (as well as a favorite club or bar thrown in here and there), we tasted our fair share of mixed drinks and other frosty adult beverages. But no matter where we went - whether the swankiest party or the coolest nightspot - there was one thing nobody seemed to get right: the Jello shot. They
always had too much alcohol or too little taste. Or just plain tasted awful. So we set out to solve the age-old problem once and for all - how to concoct flavorful, fun, fantastic little Jello gems that would make people smile, laugh and clamor for more. After lots of experimenting with the best quality ingredients, we created a menu of delicious, refreshing and truly fun shots you and your guests will love!
