Fresh, fizzy, & oh so good. 🍊☕️

Today’s dirty soda: SOLZI Espresso Tonic + Portland Syrups | Elevate the Routine ✨ Orange Syrup + a drizzle of cream. Served ice-cold in my insulated pint glass & prepped with my Elevated Craft® Nakiri knife.

Who else is jumping on the dirty soda trend? 🧡🥤What flavor combo should I try next?

🌲 Nothing says summer quite like a fresh margarita. . . especially with a little taste of Alaska. 🍹 RECIPE ⬇️

I finally opened the spruce tip syrup I picked up in Alaska and I was honestly surprised by the flavor. It’s incredibly light & sweet with subtle notes that remind me of raspberry. Not anything like I was expecting. 🌲 Such a unique twist on a classic margarita.

🍋‍🟩 Using the margarita recipe from Adventure Harvest website, I paired it with fresh lime that was sliced with my new Nakiri knife from Elevated Craft® .

SPRUCE TIP MARGARITA

🍸2 oz tequila
🌲 1 oz spruce tip syrup
🍋 1 oz fresh lime (about 1/2 a lime)

Finish it with a spruce tip salt rim for the perfect balance of sweet, tart, and savory.

Cheers!

🍕🌮 This Barbacoa Pizza is loaded with bold flavor thanks to Spanglish Asadero® Seasonings and Rubs Barbacoa Seasoning and combines everything you love about tacos with a crispy Sicilian-style pizza crust.

Barbacoa Pizza

Ingredients

● 1 (12x18) Sicilian pizza crust homemade or store bought (or your favorite pizza dough)
● 1½–2 lbs chuck roast
● 1 packet Spanglish Asadero® Seasonings and Rubs Barbacoa Seasoning
● 12 oz fresh Oaxaca cheese, shredded
● 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
● ½ white onion, diced
● 1 avocado, diced
● ⅓ bunch cilantro, chopped
● 4 oz Cotija cheese or queso fresco

Garlic Lime Cream Sauce

● 1½ cups heavy cream
● 1 Tbsp Spanglish Asadero® Seasonings and Rubs Garlic Lime Seasoning

Directions

1. Cook the chuck roast with the Spanglish Asadero Barbacoa Seasoning according to the package directions. Let it cool slightly, then shred.
2. To make the cream sauce, combine the heavy cream and Spanglish Asadero Garlic Lime Seasoning in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, until slightly thickened. Let cool slightly.
3. Drizzle the cream sauce over your pizza crust.
4. Sprinkle with the shredded Oaxaca cheese.
5. Add about half of the shredded barbacoa (save the rest for tacos, nachos, or burritos!), followed by the diced onion and sliced jalapeños.
6. Bake until the crust is golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Finish the hot pizza with crumbled Cotija cheese, fresh cilantro, diced avocado, the rest of the diced onion and enjoy!

This is the perfect mash-up of pizza night and taco night. 🌮🍕🔥

Fresh out of the Alfa pizza oven—a crispy, fluffy Sicilian with something for everyone:

🌭 Sausage & Onion
🧀 Double Cheese

I’m going straight for the mushroom & onion… but that corner double cheese is calling my name too.

Heat index over 100°? No problem. 🌴🍸

This Ube Colada Martini will have you dreaming of tropical breezes with every sip. Made with vanilla vodka, ube syrup, pineapple juice, and a drizzle of coconut milk, it’s creamy, refreshing, and the perfect escape from the Florida heat.

I shook it up in my Elevated Craft® cocktail shaker, and the screw-on lid means no messy shaker mishaps. Even better? Shake it with crushed ice to create those tiny icy bits that make every sip extra frosty and delicious.

Who’s ready for a tropical happy hour? 🍍🥥💜

🇺🇸 Forget the hotdogs this 4th of July, these bacon cheddar totchos are going to steal the backyard bbq spotlight.

Start by throwing a pack of Rancher’s Premium Smokehouse Premium Bacon Cheddar Sausages (available nationwide at your local Walmart) on the grill until they’re perfectly browned. After those are done, bake a bag of tater tots on the grill per package instructions until crispy.

Meanwhile, pour one can of your favorite beer (12oz) into a saucepan, whisk in 2 teaspoons of sodium citrate, and bring it to a gentle simmer. Slowly add 2 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, whisking after each handful until it’s silky smooth. Stir in one diced jalapeño for a little kick.

Slice up those grilled sausages, pile them over the crispy tots, and drench everything in that creamy beer cheese. Finish it off with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions.

Grab a fork… because these loaded sausage tatchos are about to disappear.

🌡️ What’s the temps where you are? Today in SW Florida it’s 93°, but feels like 108° with the humidity.

Sometimes the simplest days turn out to be the best ones. ❤️ Especially when they end around the fire. 🔥

Today in Sitka, it was all about getting outside and enjoying the beauty around us. We hiked to a stunning lake, spent time kayaking on the calm water, and ended the day gathered around a fire pit with grilled sausages and plenty of s’mores.

No fancy plans. No packed schedule. Just fresh air, great company, and a reminder that some of the best memories are made in the simplest moments.
