🔥🥔🧄 Creamy Parmesan Garlic Potato & Brisket Burnt End Sausage Skewers might just become your new favorite grill recipe.

Smoky, crispy potatoes paired with the rich flavor of Rancher’s Premium Brisket Burnt End Sausage & finished with a creamy garlic parmesan sauce is absolutely next level.

The best part? You can grab Rancher’s Premium Sausage nationwide at your local Walmart.

Recipe👇🏼

• 1 package Rancher’s Premium Brisket Burnt End Sausage• 1¼ lbs mini potatoes (I used a mix of red & yellow) **• Skewers-I prefer the flat bamboo ones so your food does “spin” on the skewers. Soak in water for 10-20 minutes to help prevent them from burning.

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce:• 1 tbsp butter• 2–3 cloves garlic, grated• ½ cup heavy cream• Pinch of salt• Black pepper to taste• ⅓ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Melt the butter & sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds. Add heavy cream, salt, & pepper, then let simmer for a few minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth & creamy.

Thread potatoes & sausage onto skewers & grill over live fire for 12–15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender & lightly charred. Baste with the garlic parmesan sauce during the final minutes of cooking, reserving extra sauce for serving.

**NOTE-slice the potatoes thin so that they cook faster. When skewering don’t pack them too tightly. If you don’t have a mandolin and your potatoes are a little thicker, you should par cook the potatoes a bit first.

Simple ingredients. Big flavor. Perfect for summer grilling season. 🔥

What’s your favorite thing to cook on the grill? Mine just might be a pork butt. There’s something about that slow-smoked goodness-the way simple ingredients transform with nothing but smoke, heat, and time.

The bark, the tenderness, the smell hanging in the backyard all day… it’s pure barbecue magic. 🔥 🐖
