Long post but PLEASE READ!!!
1) Final stalling and barn pictures are attached. If you are in the old barn, your tack will be part of your assigned stalling. If you are in the new barn, most everyone’s tack spaces will be around the outside. Please do not move cards without reaching out to Mary first. If she is not in the barns, call or text her.
2) Generators are highly encouraged, especially if you are in the old barn. Please be courteous to others and share electricity. Hopefully a little cooler weather this year will help too!
3) Barns will be open tomorrow (Friday) by noon. Anyone who wants to set up stalls early is welcome. This helps reduce the congestion Saturday morning. Cattle must be stalled by noon.
4) Once you are stalled on Saturday, go find Mary to complete check-ins. She will be set up by the scale to confirm your entries and check health papers. Cattle do not need to come to check-ins.
5) Health papers are REQUIRED and must reflect the Big 4 Fair. Unfortunately, we cannot accept ISF health papers. This is a state regulation.
6) The north side of the dairy barn will be open on Sunday for anyone who wants to utilize it for fitting.
7) Make sure to check-out the post about the BBQ
7) Lastly, LET’S HAVE SOME FUN!!! We have 8 new families this year and 125 head of cattle entered!
