Graduations, backyard dinners, long summer weekends this season always calls for something sweet to share. 🫐
Right now these two are on repeat in my kitchen:
✨ Blueberry Cobbler — warm, jammy berries under a buttery topping, best served with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. The kind of dessert everyone gathers around.
✨ Blueberry Lemon Cupcakes — bright, fresh, and perfectly sweet with just the right citrus. Festive without trying too hard.

Pimento Cheese and Tomato Pastry🍅
A quick and easy Summer treat!

Slice tomatoes, place on a squeeze of olive oil on patches

Layer tomato, salt, pepper and dollop of pimento cheese onto oil.

Cut puff pastry into rectangles, place on top tomato and pimento cheese bundle.

Sheet pan will hold at least 4 pastures

Crimp the edges of the pastry with a fork, drizzle with additional olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees.

Bake 8-10 minutes

Easy Appetizer with Brie + Bourbon Blueberry Jam
Score wheel of Brie
Spread jam on top and warm in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 mi tired or until softened
Add chopped pecans and fresh thyme
Serve with Crostini
