Two Pre-Medical students from Middle Tennessee State University founded The Southern Chemist Brewing Company with one goal in mind; to brew high-quality beers. With an overwhelming amount of underwhelming and antiquated beers on the market, Southern Chemist put their formal training to work. Under the guidance of a former Cornell University Professor and a little Southern hospitality, the Chemists

honed their technique in order to synthesize beers that are perfected on paper, in the bottle and in someone's glass.
