You’ve trusted us with your breakfast table, your lunch boxes, and your road-trip snacks.
That’s exactly why we keep asking how we can make the granola you love even better without changing what you love about it.

This time, the answer was a pecan.

We’re beginning the transition to wild native pecans in every blend that calls for pecans. We chose them for their rich, distinctive flavor and the character they bring to each bite. The recipes stay the same. The intention behind them keeps growing.

While we finish our current pecan inventory, you’ll still see bags made with our previous pecans on shelves and at markets. Little by little, new batches will make the switch.

Because you shouldn’t have to choose between granola that tastes genuinely delicious and ingredients chosen with care.

Gut health is getting a lot of attention, and it has many of us looking more closely at the ingredients in our food. 🌾

One ingredient I’ve been curious about is sprouted oats. Sprouting begins when the grain starts to germinate. In a laboratory study, researchers found improved protein digestibility in sprouted oat flour compared with unsprouted oat flour. A review of the research found similar promise, while noting that more human studies are needed.

That curiosity is part of why we choose sprouted oats for Rise & Moore. We want you to understand what goes into your bag and love eating every cluster.

That’s how many bags of Rise & Moore granola are heading out in one local wholesale order.

Sometimes growth doesn’t hit you until you see it sitting in front of you.

What started with small batches, a lot of experimenting, and a hope that people would love what we were creating has slowly grown into moments like this.

And while the numbers are getting bigger, the questions we ask ourselves haven’t changed:

Are we proud of the ingredients?
Are we proud of the way it was made?
Would we serve it to the people we love?

The answer still has to be yes.
