Photography has been this beautiful gateway into meeting all of you. I have spent years making connections and shooting around Nashville and they have been so meaningful to me.
You all have helped foster my confidence and creativity and for that I will always be so grateful.
There has been so much change and transformation in my life over the last 3 years and it had me facing a surprising and tough realization: that photography was no longer my path.
I fought it for a while, but ultimately realized there was a different calling that was urging me to pay attention to it.
I’ve always known I was meant to help others, but I haven’t always fully understood how.
After having acquaintances, friends, and even my own birth chart ask me: “Have you ever thought about becoming a therapist?” I realized the universe was showing me the way forward.
So, at the beginning of this year, I went back to school, majoring in Psychology. 🖤
All of that being said, I had still been shooting over the last couple of years, and once I began school, I realized I no longer had the capacity to keep up with everything. I’ve slowly scaled back, and now, I will no longer be accepting shoots.
Maybe I’ll pick up my camera again someday, but for now—
