Thank you to the newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Kirkland, for allowing Biguns Kitchen to cater both your rehearsal dinner and your wedding day! For the rehearsal dinner, we served a full taco bar with pulled pork, seasoned ground beef, chopped chicken, and all the trimmings. On the big day, the menu included smoked pork chops, fried chicken, homemade mac and cheese, green beans, twice baked potato casserole, and rolls.
