She’s warm, funny, generous, sentimental, creative, and deeply community-minded—but there is also an extremely competent, high-output woman underneath all the pink. She can go from discussing sourdough fermentation percentages to livestock supplements to branding strategy to family logistics without changing gears.
She does not do anything halfway. A small idea can become a full business concept, branded packaging, a production schedule, a promotional campaign, and three new product lines before lunch. If she cares about something, she will research it, refine it, reorganize it, make it prettier, make it more efficient, and probably monetize it.
She has very high standards, particularly for herself. Details matter. If the logo is wrong, she will notice. If the wording feels generic, she will notice. If something is crooked, inefficient, inconsistent, or unnecessarily complicated, she will notice. 😂
She is also extremely protective of the people, animals, businesses, and communities she considers hers. Her nurturing side is strong, but don’t confuse nurturing with softness. She can be incredibly compassionate while simultaneously having very little patience for excuses, chronic negativity, incompetence, or people who continually refuse to help themselves.
Emotionally, she feels things big. Appreciation means a lot to her. Loyalty means a lot to her. Thoughtfulness means a lot to her. Consequently, disappointment can hit her just as hard. She doesn’t merely want people around her—she wants people who are present, invested, encouraging, and reciprocating.
She is ambitious without seeming particularly interested in calling herself ambitious. She just keeps building things. The bakery grows, so she creates systems. Then she adds a farm stand. Then merchandise. Then another brand. Then new product categories. Meanwhile, she’s still worrying about whether everyone else is taken care of.

Do not tell her she can’t do something unless you’re prepared to watch her do it out of spite.
Essentially: pink, polished, slightly chaotic, highly capable, emotionally intense, entrepreneurial, fiercely loyal, and approximately three ideas ahead of everyone else at any given moment.
