Been crazy busy so haven't been able to share cakes. (Cakes, traveling to Michigan for my mom's 80th Birthday and of course work.) Here are some of my latest cakes.
Gluten free were amazing, white in tins. They were super moist and fluffy. Also from scratch marble, graduation cupcakes I did all the caps myself. Glueing with chocolate. Super fun.

It's been a quiet month for cakes. I was moving and it took all my time with packing a whole house, throwing stuff out and donating stuff. Transitioning is always hard for a while with all things new. Still shifting things to storage . I have a couple of orders coming in July so will keep you updated as I go. Spending some time with family and some special times with my grandsons. Then celebrating a friends daughter's graduation. Fun times and less stress is amazing. Have a blessed 4th of July everyone.

Lots more cake stuff coming as school for the semester comes to a close in the next week and a half. First free summer in 3 years. ☺️ Belle is diving into some gluten free cake recipes and found an awesome one. Have an order for tomorrow and another in July. Here is a cake I did a couple weeks back. I was privileged to make cupcakes for a friend whose daughter is getting married in Scotland. They were throwing a couples shower and they wanted highland cows and golf balls. The fun flavors were from Belle. The highland cows are Chocolate Rhum cupcakes with Raspberry filling and Raspberry Buttercream. The Golf balls are Honey Lemon Tea cakes with Lemon Buttercream. Absolutely yummy and so much fun to decorate. 🐂🏑
