Since I’m on a roll, I’m going to share a few of my practice runs.

This was created for someone who was especially fond of chicken and salad. So that’s what we gave her. A salad bar, rotisserie chicken, a few desserts and bread. No special decoration were added. She just wanted simple. So that’s what we did. KK’s got a request and we did exactly what she wanted.
