Hi everybody, thank you so much for the outpouring of messages and comments. New Bern really does want/need this!!
Here is some information that you will have to think about and give me an answer to. 😊😊

Will you be taking my cooking class as a couple or as a single?
I have attached the actual sign up sheet and flyers Thanks to Sandy Schulz Ingram-Realtor . I need you to print out the sign up sheet, fill out all the information and send it to me through private message, text at 401-347-9185 or email it to me at [email protected]. Or, stop by my food truck Gigis Snack Shack , drop it off to me personally so we can introduce ourselves And I can answer any questions you have.
I am booking right now for beginner classes (I need to know your skill level)! Our first beginner class is fully booked already. I am now booking for the second and third classes. The cost (Beginner Class) is $160 per couple or $80 per person.
I WILL be providing all utensils, all food needed, induction burners, saute pans, knives, etc... All you need to do is Sign up, show up, be ready to learn some amazing techniques and have some fun while doing it!!! AND You get to leave with a brand new set of REAL Knives!! (PICTURED BELOW).
Here is the structured plan. You sign up for the class, you pay for the class and then you come take the class. ("Cancellation policy is in effect")!! There is a 10-day cancellation clause that will be in the liability form. (And, yes you will have to sign a liability form for me and the location where the classes will be held at). We cannot be held responsible if you do not know how to hold a knife, choose the Advanced Class and then cut your hand off!
If you cancel within 10 days of the class you will get **ALL** of your money back. If you "No Call No Show" or call 5 minutes before class starts there will be no refund because I have already bought the supplies/food needed.
The classes will be held on Sundays. The time will be 2-4p. The location will be at 1 of 2 places. The community center or a local brewery.
To summarize, print out the sign up sheet, fill it out, get it back to me and you will be on my master list. I know that does not answer every single question every single person has but it is a start.
