PSA for anyone transporting chickens: this method worked really well for a short trip! 🐔🚗 I had a crate full of adult roosters in the back and didn’t want to put these little girls in there with them, so I tried something I remembered seeing on Facebook a while back. We drove a little over an hour, and they stayed still, quiet, and relaxed the whole way. They even fell asleep, which surprised me. 😆 I’d say it’s a great option for shorter trips, but I probably wouldn’t recommend it for longer drives since they were pretty warm when I picked them up afterward. 🐥💛
