🍎 Red apple (cubed)
🍏 Green apple (cubed)

🍍 Pineapple chunks
🌰 Walnuts (roughly chopped)
🥣 Creamy Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh cream or yogurt 🥛
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tbsp honey 🍯 (optional)
👩‍🍳 Method
Wash & cut all fruits into bite-size pieces 🍎🍇

The crispy process:

2️⃣ Assemble the rolls: Place a wrapper, add 1 tbsp. cheesecake mix + 1 tbsp. of cherry filling. Fold the sides and roll, sealing the edges with water. 💧

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (for coating)

1️⃣. Mix the Cheese Base:

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese.

2️⃣. Add Flavorings:

Add chopped parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 2 tbsp juice)
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg, beaten
• For the Glaze: 1⅓ cups powdered sugar, 2 tbsp pineapple juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F, grease a loaf pan.
Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Add egg, vanilla, and sour cream.

Easy Blueberry Biscuit Danishes
Not sure where I first saw these, but I finally made them and they were absolutely delicious Super easy, budget-friendly, and perfect for a quick sweet treat!
What You Need:
* 1 can of biscuits
* Blueberry pie filling
* Confectioners’ sugar
* Milk
* Vanilla extract
How To Make Them:
I used a small glass to press an indent into the center of each biscuit, then filled each one with blueberry pie filling.
Bake according to the biscuit package directions — mine took about 14 minutes until golden brown.
For the icing, I just mixed confectioners’ sugar, a little milk, and a few drops of vanilla together. I didn’t measure anything exactly — I just kept adding more sugar until it was thick enough for my liking.
Drizzle the icing over the warm biscuits and enjoy!

Ingrédients
200 grammes de chocolat noir
100 grammes de beurre
3 oeufs
80 grammes de sucre
50 grammes de farine
1 cuillère à café de levure chimique
Quelques pépites de chocolat pour le décor
Préparation
* Préchauffez le four à 180 degrés.
* Faites fondre le chocolat noir avec le beurre au bain-marie ou au micro-ondes jusqu'à obtenir un mélange lisse.
* Dans un saladier, fouettez les oeufs avec le sucre jusqu'à ce que le mélange devienne mousseux.
* Versez le chocolat fondu sur le mélange oeufs et sucre, puis mélangez bien.
* Ajoutez la farine et la levure tamisées. Mélangez doucement pour obtenir une pâte homogène.
* Versez la préparation dans un moule préalablement beurré et fariné.
* Enfournez pendant environ 20 minutes. Le coeur doit rester légèrement humide.
* Laissez refroidir avant de démouler.
* Pour le décor, faites fondre un peu de chocolat supplémentaire pour créer des filets sur le dessus et parsemez de pépites de chocolat.
