🍫 Classic Chocolate Cake Recipe 🍫
Hey everyone! 🎉 Today, I’m sharing one of my all-time favorite recipes: the Classic Chocolate Cake! 🍰 This rich, moist, and decadent cake is perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or just a sweet treat to enjoy at home. Let’s dive into this deliciousness! 😍
Ingredients:
• 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 ½ tsp baking soda
• ¾ cup cocoa powder
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup whole milk
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
3. Add Wet Ingredients: Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry mixture. Beat on medium speed until well combined.
4. Boiling Water: Carefully add the boiling water to the batter, mixing slowly. The batter will be thin, but that's okay!
5. Bake: Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Cool: Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
