Cheesy Cream Garlic Butter Beef Mac

Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
① Boil the macaroni in salted water until tender, then drain and set aside.
② In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
③ Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, then sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
④ Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring well over medium heat until smooth and creamy.
