Hawaiian Slow Cooker Chicken 🍍
Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet and savory with this effortless crockpot dish. Juicy chicken, tropical flavors, and a hint of garlic and ginger make this a family favorite!
Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Add chicken thighs to the crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Pour over the chicken and add bell peppers if using.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Shred chicken and serve with green onions on top.
