Hawaiian Slow Cooker Chicken 🍍
Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet and savory with this effortless crockpot dish. Juicy chicken, tropical flavors, and a hint of garlic and ginger make this a family favorite!

Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Add chicken thighs to the crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Pour over the chicken and add bell peppers if using.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Shred chicken and serve with green onions on top.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 6-8 hours (low) / 3-4 hours (high)

Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta Bake 🍋🦐
A zesty, garlicky shrimp pasta bake that’s packed with flavor! This easy recipe is a guaranteed hit for seafood lovers.
Ingredients:
8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until aromatic, then add shrimp and cook until pink.

These shrimp and spinach stuffed pasta rolls are the ultimate comfort food, filled with cheesy goodness and a rich roasted red pepper cream sauce that’ll have everyone coming back for more!
Ingredients:
12 jumbo pasta shells
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
½ cup honey
¼ cup coconut aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce alternative)
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
2 cups macaroni pasta
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
Instructions:
Prepare Chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix honey, coconut aminos, vinegar, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
