If you’ve been saying you want to grow your own mushrooms, compost better, build better soil, or just understand what the hell is actually happening in that bucket... THIS SUNDAY.
We’re headed back to St. Martinville to hang out with Taylor at WormLadyRecycles and teach two workshops at their regenerative farm.
And y’all, these are HANDS-ON classes. We’re not making you sit through three hours of PowerPoint while we explain how cool worms and mushrooms are. 😂
I’ll teach you how we grow oyster mushrooms, what they need, what usually goes wrong, how to take care of them at home, and you’ll make your own mushroom bucket to take home.
Then Taylor is going to teach you about worm composting, how those little overachievers turn waste into ridiculously good stuff for your plants, and you can go home with worms to get your own system started.
Take one class. Take both. Take both and save $10.
But here’s the important part: there are only so many spots, and the workshop is THIS SUNDAY. Taylor has the farm prepped and ready for us, so now we just need y’all.
📅 Sunday, August 23
🍄 Mushroom Bucket Workshop: 1:00–2:00
🪱 Worm Composting Workshop: 2:30–4:00
📍 St. Martinville
If you’re a gardener, homesteader, plant nerd, mushroom nerd, compost-curious person, or somebody who keeps saying, “I really should learn how to do that,” come learn it from two local farms who actually do this stuff every damn day.
You’ll leave with more than a bucket and some worms. You’ll leave actually understanding how to keep the whole thing going once you get home.
And that’s the good stuff.
Grab your spot before Sunday gets here and you realize you meant to sign up.
