A bit nippy at -5 to go outside and feed the sheep. But I’m not complaining when the people of Minnesota were out in subzero weather to protect the constitution.

It was winter coat weather for the sheep. My Wensleydales don’t have the thick coats of my romneys. Stylish aren’t they?

A few bouquets in the stand.

Last year at this time, I could offer buckets of flowers to make your own bouquets.

I invested in new dahlia varieties to offer seasonal colors and variety.

But it’s a dry year. So my fields and those of many local farmers are not thriving as they should. So please support all our local growers to help them through this season and into next year.

Hi. As you know, it’s been a terrible growing season. Long cold wet spring to hot weather.

So many of the flowers got planted late or because of the cold wet conditions, just sat there shivering.

However, I think I may be able to offer bouquets in 2 weeks.

I’m the meantime, I made up a couple of arrangements and put them in the stand. The containers can be kept, donated to green center or returned to the stand.
