Y’ALL wanna hear something absolutely INSANE?! 😳

This past weekend I was outside doing chicken chores and taking pictures when a man and woman walking down the street stopped to talk to me. They started asking about my silkies and we ended up talking for probably 30 minutes. SUPER nice people! They told me they had a farm with egg layers, sheep, and goats and now wanted silkies.

So of course I was like, “Well do y’all want some chicks?” 😂 I gave them two babies for FREE and they were SO excited and grateful. The guy even told me it was his birthday and that I had made his day! 🥹

Fast forward a few days…

I posted a reel and saw a weird comment from a woman, so I messaged her.

Y’ALL. THESE PEOPLE DROPPED MY TWO BABY CHICKS OFF AT A PARK AND LEFT THEM THERE. 🤯

THANK GOD this woman’s father-in-law saw them and picked them up!! And THANK GOD I wing band my birds because she was able to find me on social media and contact me!

The babies are now SAFE and back home with their brothers and sisters like nothing ever happened. 😂❤️🐥

Please give a HUGE thank you to Michelle and her father-in-law for saving my babies and making sure they got back home!!

Because WHAT IN THE WORLD?! 😭😂

All the growouts got moved to a bigger area and Moto Moto is now the protector of the growouts🥹 He takes his job very seriously!

I know their run looks a mess... I have kept the base as dirt so they can stay cool and I hose it off multiple times a day! No sense in spending money on construction sand when we will be moving soon!

-black mottled split to chocolate (if end up being boys)
-blue mottled split to chocolate (if end up being boys)
-mauve split to mottled
-chocolate split to mottled
-blue split to mottled
-black split to mottled
-Very small chance of no mottled gene being inherited as one of my mauve split girls is under my black split to mottled split to chocolate boy so that’s why there is a small chance of the mottled gene not being inherited.
