Y’all… if you haven’t tried ’s cascatelli pasta yet get a box ASAP. I needed a dish worthy of this awesome pasta and I’ve been wanting to try braised short ribs again. My mom and I tried them about a year ago and they didn’t turn out well, but we tried again and this sauce was tender and flavorful- swipe for the recipe

I had to try it- and this garlic confit did not disappoint. The cloves came out aromatic and buttery soft. This recipe is so easy but produces such a complex flavor. And shout out to for the cutest dish towel!!

Made this Mushroom & Dumpling French Onion Soup inspired by and it was the perfect soup for this lazy post-Christmas night. For our twist we added mushrooms and prosciutto to the broth and green onions to the dumplings. Yum!
