After Hurricane Katrina destroyed our favorite New Orleans Hot Tamale stop (Manuel's in Mid-City), we have been determined to recreate the flavor of a real New Orleans hot tamale. After years of practice, we are finally ready to unveil our tamales to New Orleans and hopefully give our city the tamales that they have been craving for over 10 years!
