After developing a passion for cooking, I attended culinary school and graduated with honors. After working in multiple kitchens, I have learned that my first love is creating desserts, and not just any desserts, but New Orleans-inspired desserts. After nearly giving up on that dream, I had a chance encounter that changed my course. My sister dreamed of opening a restaurant one day, but she passed

away before her dream came true. By offering you and others a taste of New Orleans in every bite, I am continuing her legacy. My mission is to honor her memory and legacy, by providing the world with a taste of New Orleans in every bite, so that her dream can still be realized.
