The carrots are also on special, in some tast company: Softshell crabs with creamed cornc heirloom tomatoes and charred onions. Roaste pork neck with pickled cabbage and corn. And this one’s for two: Braised ham hock with stewed fresh red beans and popcorn rice. Let’s eat.
