I will be making Shrimp Creole.
It is a tomato based sauce with shrimp, all kinds of seasoning and wait for it...rice! This is a favorite of all people in Louisiana.

I know I have been gone for quite a long time!
I’m back and will be making Thursday night dinner’s starting this week!

Thursday: February 24th, 2021
On the menu for dinner to go will be Crawfish Monica.
A pasta dish made with the holly trinity,
Spices, crawfish and pasta. It is not super hot spice wise, just delicious!

Hello Cajun food fans!!

Thursday dinners to go for March 4th, 2021 will be Shrimp plates. Fried shrimp, Cajun FF, hush puppies and coleslaw. $16.00 a plate.

Pick up will be at my house this week. If you order, I will send you my address. I live by the trace.

I will be cooking and serving from 2:00 until 4:30.

I took Ny to Always and Forever grooming today. She has never been this clean, well groomed and white! Danielle and Axl treated her like a queen and she had a great time. Danielle is wonderful with dogs and so giving. The work she does for the K-9 units is amazing! I’m so happy she has opened shop in Hohenwald!!
