Another one of our imports is the Génépi Guillaumette, a French herbal liqueur. How is it made, you ask? Here are some highlights from the production process, including a glimpse of the beautiful scenery of the French Alps where the génépi flower is wild-harvested.

It's about time you tried these wonderful spirits! Available in the USA through Vendetta Spirits.

The super nice team at The Spirits Business have just been tasting our products and these are their thoughts and tasting notes:

Birkir Snaps – Smells like a young whisky on the nose, with soft woody notes and floral scents. Really pleasant. The palate is interesting – definitely a lot more floral character coming through with subtle wood underlying wood notes.

Björk Liqueur – The nose is very delicate with a slight hint of citrus. The palate is a real surprise! Not what you expect from the nose, very sweet reminiscent of boiled sweets and icing sugar. It's actually quite a nice contrast between nose and palate – could be good for mixing in cocktails as the soft nose would allow other more powerful aromas in the drink to be more prominent while still adding a nice sweetness to the taste.

So, if you haven't tasted our products before, we think it is about time!
