Ham and Cheese Rolls 🧀
Ingredients:
12 egg roll wrappers
12 slices of turkey or chicken ham
12 mozzarella cheese sticks
1 beaten egg (for sealing)
Oil for frying
Optional dips: Marinara, ranch, or honey mustard
Instructions:
Lay an egg roll wrapper flat. Add a slice of ham and a mozzarella stick in the center.
Roll it up tightly, folding in the sides. Brush the edges with the beaten egg to seal. Repeat for the remaining wrappers.
Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Fry in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Crispy Funnel Cake Fries 🍩
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ones and stir until just combined.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Pour batter into a squeeze bottle or piping bag.
Squeeze batter into the hot oil, shaping it into fries. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups Cool Whip or whipped topping
Topping:

1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:

Instructions:
