The NOLA Brunch Club is more than just bottomless mimosas (although we do like those) and an excuse to eat. It is about enjoying the friendships that grow and strengthen during that magical meal that occurs between breakfast and lunch. Food should be decadent, mimosas and bloody marys should be frequent, and conversation should be loud.

I'll admit that I selfishly thought twice about sharing this because I didn't want them to get so popular that we couldn't get a table, but how can I not share this amazing westbank spot with y'all?!

If you're craving charbroiled oysters and fried seafood with some boozy drinks, head over to ! We had a lovely dinner on their patio and everything was super delicious! If you don't know which oysters to get, get the half and half!

For oysters, we got 1/2 Bienville 1/2 Rockefeller with another 1/2 of regular charbroiled. We also got the crawfish bread as an appetizer. For boozy drinks, the mango cucumber daiquiri and an old fashioned. And for entrees we got the crab cake pasta, fish of the day special, seafood platter, and fried shrimp dinner.

So good!

I usually go to primarily for their fancy beignets, but have you tried their other delicious foods? I'm all about their whipped feta appetizer (with beignet bites for dipping!) and apple brie flatbread, pictured here. For cocktails, we got the Magazine Mule and Fit For A King (peanut butter and banana cocktail with candied bacon on top, whaaaaaaat?!)

When my friend told me that she and her husband were coming to visit (all the way from Germany!) and that they wanted to do brunch with us, I knew the perfect spot!

is easily one of my favorite restaurants and I knew it wouldn't disappoint. We started with the mushroom hummus and even the bread blew them away. For entrees, we got shakshuka, pancakes, squash fattoush (with shrimp added), and the grilled Louisiana shrimp.
