🧅🧀 Simple flavors, big payoff.

This Onion & Cheese Sourdough loaf is proof that sometimes you don’t need anything fancy. Sweet, savory onions baked right into the dough, plenty of melty cheese, and that signature sourdough crust that crackles when you slice into it.

The hardest part is deciding if it belongs next to a bowl of soup, piled high with sandwich toppings, or eaten standing at the kitchen counter straight from the cutting board. (No judgment here.)

Honestly, this loaf was a special request, followed by an additional loaf made for myself.

strawberry cheesecake but make it sourdough 🍓✨

this loaf is packed with sweet strawberries and all the creamy, cheesecake-inspired goodness in every slice. soft, slightly tangy, slightly sweet, and just the right amount of indulgent.

basically… dessert pretending to be bread, and honestly i’m not mad about it.

100 cookies later and my kitchen officially looks like a butter-and-sugar tornado hit it 😅

Spent the other day baking up a big order for a local event, and I’m not gonna lie… there’s something so satisfying about seeing them all packaged up, golden and perfect. It’s a lot of work, but moments like this remind me why I love doing what I do 🤍
