Have you ever tried skinning chicken rather than full processing?

Chunky boy. Probably my best American Bresse cockerel right now @9 weeks.

Solid blue feet. 1 crooked toe. Sparkling white plumage

4lb 6oz. Thicker & stockier frame. Straight comb, large waddle.

Decent temperament.

Probably the best of this bunch. Definitely a possible future breeder 😄🧐
