Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, our first ever spirit we produced, is highly unusual, preciously rare, and fiendishly experimental whiskey. Each batch is small, exclusive, and unequaled. We start by working with a microbrewed beer to create a whiskey with a similar profile. The result is a surprising experience that explores the flavors of beer and whiskey and how they play together.

Sunday, August 7th at 4pm we will be releasing our newest, and possibly most experimental Whiskey Tango Foxtrot offering yet, WTF - Peach IPA 1.

WTF - PI1 is a “white whiskey” from our collaboration with Twin Oast Brewing. We distilled their peach IPA, made from peaches grown in their on-site orchard, and the results were so delicious we set some aside before we barreled it for a future, barrel aged WTF offering. This barely aged white whiskey is reminiscent of a lakeside orchard. A nose of subtle fruit and herbaceous marsh grass notes give way to an earthy palate of ripe stone fruit, hop brightness, and gin-like botanical elements. This bold offering is a must try for the most adventurous spirit enthusiasts.
