S'mores Dessert Pizza
This trending, no-bake (well, almost no-bake) dessert pizza is a classic s'mores twist that's easy to make and guaranteed to get likes by everyone! With a rich chocolate base and perfectly toasted marshmallows, it's a huge individual indulgence.
Instructions
1. Prep Crust and Spread: Start with a pre-baked pizza crust (like the one shown). Spread a generous, thin layer of Nutella directly from the jar over the surface of the crust.
2. Make the S'mores Base: In a clear bowl, combine the remaining Nutella (about 1/2 to 1 cup, as desired), all of the semi-sweet chocolate morsels, and a portion (about 1 cup) of the miniature marshmallows. Use a spatula to gently fold and combine everything into a thick, gooey s'mores mixture.
3. Layer the Toppings: Spread this prepared s'mores-Nutella mixture evenly over the Nutella-coated crust. For extra texture, sprinkle a layer of crushed Honey Maid graham crackers over the top. If desired, add a layer of sliced bananas for a fresh twist.
4. Finish with Marshmallows: Cover the entire pizza with a final, dense, even layer of the remaining miniature marshmallows, pressing them down gently.
5. Toast to Perfection: Place the assembled pizza under a broiler (or in a hot oven on the broiler setting) for 1-2 minutes, watching it very closely, until the marshmallows are perfectly toasted and golden brown.
6. Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly for easier handling. Slice and serve immediately to friends and family. Enjoy the overload!
