The 7 Layer Cookie has been stealing the spotlight lately… so naturally my mind went to: what if we turned it into a crumb cake? 🇮🇹

I love reimagining classic desserts and giving them a fun twist. Layers of almond cake, apricot filling, and a buttery crumb topping? Yes, please.
