My version of a remixed Ugandan Rolex 🤗 a classic street food that can be eaten at anytime of day! It’s a combination of an egg omelette and vegetables wrapped in chapati (made fresh and delivered from Nairobi) 😎 served with a simple mixed green salad, dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt/pepper!

Homemade juice: fresh turmeric, ginger orange and pineapple juice topped with sparkling water! 🙌🏿
