Just an FYI !! No need for recipe testing if you understand the ratios of ingredients just some minor tweaking for flavor but the texture, height, rise, and consistency of your baked goods is all shaped by the ratios of fat to flour! Learn the science any can write any recipe you want .

This is probably one of the most important baking tips that I can share deconstructing any dessert as simple as just a cookie is the key to elevating your baked goods deconstruct every single dessert you’re going to make to add additional steps which will add flavor, for example, even making whipped cream should be infused ahead of time with your vanilla to really seep in that vanilla flavor. These little details are what transform your bake goods from average to extraordinary. Don’t forget we’re still giving away a free week to my personal baking club.
