La Mancha, Spain

Deep purple-red in color with notes of black cherry 🍒, plum and dried tobacco🍃 lifted by a hint of orange peel🍊 on a textured frame with a bright finish.

Did you catch this article in the FT Magazine? Check out the pictures for some enlightening highlights and my S&C story. Bottom line, wineries worldwide have been adding chemicals, sugar, and other additives to wine for years and don’t have to disclose it. The tides are turning thanks to disrupting companies like ours.

Took my two older kids to ski for the day today, so 🍷 and take out is definitely in order.
Tonight’s pizza pairing: 2018 Middle Jane Red Wine

Bright purple in color with alluring notes of blueberry🫐, black cherry🍒 and red plum along with violet, spice and hint of caramelized sugar for a layered frame with rich-yet-approachable tannins and a vibrant, lingering finish.

50% Zinfandel, 15% Dolcetto, 15% Barbera, 10% Montepulciano, 5% Sangiovese, 5% Carignan
