Our Moong Dal Halwa is packed with nutrients and taste. It’s not some easy fix version served to you. But takes immense hard work and red palms to bring this deliciousness to you. Moong dal halwa made the traditional way with hours of soaking moong dal, grinding it to just about as coarse as needed and then roasting it for hours in loads of ghee. No scope of kanjusi here, neither in Mehnat nor in ghee 🙌
